What We’re Looking For: - 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core Business Travel environment - 3+ years of demonstrated advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is mandatory - Experience of local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets - In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations including the use of nett fares, IT fares, route deals and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formally BA2) - Experience of NDC , Low cost carriers and third party content aggregators and their booking management practices is a plus - Full understanding of travel industry regulations, along with worldwide compliance requirements - Skilled communicator, proficient in both verbal and written English language. Role Description This consultancy will help to finalize the Implementation Toolkit and support its roll out in person in 2 African countries where UNICEF is programming, as well as its contextualization to school settings. Meanwhile, it will provide technical assistance to country offices on WASH in health care facilities activities, as requested. This consultancy will complete the following tasks: - Hand Hygiene - Finalize the Hand Hygiene Implementation Toolkit, including training modules and assessment tool - Support piloting of the Hand Hygiene Implementation Toolkit through direct support to at least two Country Offices - Revise the Toolkit, based on input from Country Offices and partners, to prepare for a final public version of the documents - Develop knowledge/communication products to document the use of the Hand Hygiene Toolkit - WASH in Institutions - Contextualize the Hand Hygiene Implementation Toolkit for school settings - Support selected Country Offices in applying the Hand Hygiene Implementation Toolkit in schools - Support selected countries office (Viet Nam) in SBC concept and framework as well as integrating hand hygiene in the SBC tools Qualifications - Advanced university (Master's) degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or related field. - A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the WASH sector and at least 5 years working on behavior change for hand hygiene. - Prior experience developing curriculum and training content for hand hygiene and WASH in schools programs. - Prior experience on WASH in health care facilities. - Prior experience in training, facilitation for adult learners. • Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader. • Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitments. • Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience. • Develop plan to coach Franchisee, through regular check-ins, to follow-through on commitments. • Track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. • Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address. • Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress. • Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. • Align with the construction team and the Franchisee, monitor the milestones, and hold the Franchisee accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet required operational specifications. • Provide support during all remodel and new store openings. • Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee’s individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growth. • Participate and work “as-needed” with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts. • Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans. • Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators. • Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee. • Ensure the effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads. • Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner.
