Implementation Consultant Global | Professional Services Build solutions that actually change how work gets done. At Intelex , implementation isn’t about checking boxes or racing to a go-live date. It’s about helping organizations fundamentally improve how they protect people and the environment, manage risk, and operate responsibly at scale. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll sit at the center of that transformation. You’ll partner directly with customers to translate complex business goals into working, adopted solutions—and you’ll see the real-world impact of your work every day. This is a role for consultants who want ownership , depth , and purpose , not just project churn. You are the person who makes that real. You’ll guide customers from ambition to execution, helping them design, configure, and adopt solutions that fit their reality—not a generic template. What we’ll help you develop (and expect you to lean into) These are the skills that accelerate your career—and this role is designed to help you build them fast. You’ll develop: Deep platform expertise : advanced configuration patterns, integrations, data flows, and solution design judgment Outcome-driven consulting instincts : connecting customer goals to adoption, behavior change, and measurable value Executive presence : framing tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly for senior stakeholders Systems thinking : understanding how delivery decisions affect sales, product, customer success, and long-term growth Delivery leadership : influencing without authority, guiding customers through uncertainty, and setting direction under pressure We don’t expect perfection—but we do expect curiosity, effort, and momentum. How we know you’ll succeed here Top performers in this role tend to: Learn faster than average and apply lessons immediately Ask better questions, not just more questions Seek feedback early—and actually use it Take pride in clean work, strong decisions, and customer outcomes See complexity as a challenge, not a blocker This role rewards people who want to stretch , not settle. How you operate (and how you grow) Customer-obsessed: you care deeply about whether solutions actually work for real users in real environments. Consultative: you listen first, then guide with confidence—especially when tradeoffs are hard. Accountable: you own your commitments, your decisions, and your outcomes. Curious: you’re always learning—about the platform, customer operations, industries, and better ways to deliver. Adaptable: you stay effective in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments. Hungry to grow: you’re motivated to fast-track your career, take on complexity early, and stretch beyond your current role. You don’t back down from challenges—you learn from them and come back sharper. Growth, opportunity, and what this role unlocks This role is a launchpad.
