Role Description Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) begleitest du unser Team und unterstützt uns in allen Bereichen der lokalen und globalen Pressearbeit. Dazu gehören: - Recherche & Dokumentation: Du übernimmst die strukturierte Hintergrundrecherche zu relevanten Themen und bereitest diese verständlich auf. - Netzwerkpflege: Du unterstützt uns bei der aktiven Pflege sowie dem gezielten Ausbau unseres Journalistennetzwerks. - Content Creation: Das Verfassen von prägnanten Pressetexten und maßgeschneiderten Medienpitches gehört zu deinen kreativen Aufgaben. - Medienmonitoring: Du behältst die Berichterstattung im Blick, wertest Veröffentlichungen aus und erstellst fundierte Reportings. - Formatentwicklung: Du wirkst aktiv an der Konzeption und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Medienformate mit. - Event-Support: Du übernimmst die organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von wichtigen Medienterminen und Presseevents. - Interne Kommunikation: Auch bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen greifst du uns tatkräftig unter die Arme. Qualifications - Akademischer Hintergrund & Verfügbarkeit: Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester an einer deutschen Hochschule im Studiengang Geisteswissenschaften (oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang) immatrikuliert und kannst uns ab sofort 15-20 Stunden pro Woche und in den Semesterferien bis zu 40 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen. - Praxiserfahrung: Du konntest bereits relevante Erfahrung im Bereich PR & Communications sammeln, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup- oder Agenturumfeld. - Fokus: Du brennst für die PR, willst dich langfristig in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln und suchst nicht nur „irgendeinen“ Job, sondern eine echte Perspektive. - Medien-Know-how: Die deutsche Medienlandschaft ist dein Zuhause – du kennst die relevanten Kanäle, Formate und Trends. - Brancheninteresse: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Vorkenntnisse oder zumindest ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Energiebranche und ihren aktuellen Themen mit. - Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein outgoing Charakter, denkst kreativ und besitzt ein scharfes Auge fürs Detail. Supports the business in decisions about intranet structure and content strategy, while relying on IT or technical resources for configuration changes or complex technical support. - Content Coordination & Publishing: Coordinates with leaders and subject matter experts to receive, edit as needed, publish, and maintain internal communications content. Determines appropriate placement, format, and timing of content based on channel standards and audience needs. Restorative practices are discussed as a theory, pedagogy, and an action-oriented approach for conflict resolution and supporting students and the school-community interface.
