Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in US-based LTL freight coordination, ideally within a large-scale e-commerce or industrial environment. - Experience managing freight and small package claims from start to resolution. - Experience managing at least $5M in annual freight spend with a focus on heavy equipment or high-value goods. - Advanced proficiency in GlobalTranz or comparable US Transportation Management Systems (TMS). - Deep understanding of the Carmack Amendment, NMFC freight classifications, and US shipping laws governing claims and liability. - A self-starter who does not wait for instructions but actively investigates discrepancies and pushes carriers for claim resolutions. - Exceptional English communication skills, capable of holding US carriers accountable and collaborating with factory teams. - Must be able to work 100% US Business Hours (Night Shift) to provide real-time coordination with US factories and carriers. Requirements - Manage the daily creation and auditing of Bills of Lading (BOL) for a $5M+ annual freight volume, ensuring 100% accuracy in weights, classes, and NMFC descriptions. - Leverage the GlobalTranz platform to quote and book shipments, prioritizing carrier reliability and cost-efficiency to maximize company savings. - Act as the primary lead for all freight claims; aggressively file, track, and resolve claims for damaged or lost heavy equipment to ensure maximum capital recovery. - Coordinate directly with US-based factories and foremen to align production schedules with carrier pickup windows and specialized loading requirements. - Monitor carrier performance and shipping data to identify "leakage," preventing avoidable re-bills and transit delays.
