Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Senior Consultant, HR Process Management is responsible for partnering in how we define, improve, automate and reengineer core HR processes for employees and HR teams. While change remains persistent, our focus on current and future state processes enables efficiency, effectiveness and rigor across the function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape process best practices, enhancements and new ways of working for the global HR team. Key Responsibilities - Develop baseline HR and employee experience, and consulting globally to create end-to-end HR business process(es) - Manage internal and external research and materials to shape the materials and discipline of process management within HR - Consult with HR SMEs and GTO business partners in shaping key initiatives and activities - Develop stakeholder materials and stories for socialization, decision and adoption Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and related HR or process field experience required - Experience with a background in operational excellence, Lean, process reengineering and/or large-scale transformation - Background in partnering with both COE and HRBP teams Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with process related tools and platforms - Ability to sift through complexity and articulate key messages - Aptitude for collaboration and engagement The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms. Title: Natural Resources Supervisor Location: 9512 RN 620 North (Balcones Canyon Lands Preserve), Austin, TX Department: TNR (Trans & Natrl Resrc) Job Description: Job Summary The Travis County Transportation and Natural Resources department is looking for a well-organized and focused individual who can supervise Natural Resources Specialists and seasonal technicians conducting wildlife management, land management, and maintenance activities on the Balcones Canyonland Preserve (BCP) and other Travis County managed lands. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: This is a job classification within the Professional Support job family. Incumbents use judgment to resolve complex issues involved with research projects. This classification may require a flexible work schedule in order to meet the needs of the department. Duties and Responsibilities Primary duties include: • Supervising staff responsible for wildlife management activities • Supervising and train seasonal technicians who support biological monitoring • Maintaining preserve infrastructure including facilities, fences, roads, trails, and equipment. • Conducting habitat enhancement projects. • Coordinating and reviewing the work of contractors. • Implementing nuisance species control • Conducting rare species monitoring • Reviewing issues that may negatively impact Travis County managed land and coordinating mitigation efforts.
