• Act as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and supervisors across two locations • Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations • Support workforce planning and people strategies aligned with operational needs • Manage high-volume recruitment (typically 5–20 active roles) • Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires • Manage HR data and processes within ADP Workforce Now • Process payroll-related updates including job changes, schedules, and employee information • Maintain accurate HR records and communicate updates to payroll • Support employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees across shifts • Track and report on workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and overtime • Partner with Health & Safety to reinforce safe work practices
