Billing System Engineer – Comarch BSS

• Maintain and develop Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation): configuration, updates, performance monitoring, and incident resolution • Monitor system processes, analyze logs, identify and resolve data and runtime issues • Ensure stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces across the billing ecosystem • Manage backups, data recovery processes, and system availability and resilience • Take technical ownership of the billing system after deployments and during ongoing operations • Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with audit and security requirements • Track the BSS roadmap, run Proofs of Concept, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation)
- 2+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in enterprise system integrations and familiarity with integration tools
- Knowledge of billing processes (invoicing, rating, usage‑based billing)
- Good knowledge of Linux, REST API testing, Apache Kafka, and databases such as Oracle / PostgreSQL / Elasticsearch
- Active use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for log analysis, SQL optimization, documentation, and initial problem diagnosis
- English at B2 level or higher
