• Responsible for conducting risk assessments using various resources including Service Now and proprietary questionnaires • Conduct assessments on requested software and mobile applications, as well as policy exception documentation, and risk remediation • Work closely with several pillars of cybersecurity such as Identity and Access Management and Security Architecture • Support process enhancement and redesign efforts to streamline Cybersecurity delivery • Provide insight into scope and parameters of required analysis to define outcome criteria and deliver measurable actions • Contribute to the determination of key data points from raw data and generate information to create meaningful actionable metrics and represent at an executive level • Operate in compliance with all federal, state, and local mandated information security laws, rules, and guidelines • Remain current with the latest industry information • Ability to work within procedures with minimal oversight • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.

• Administer UNIX/Linux servers on a daily basis to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability. • Maintain server hardware and operating system software across assigned environments. • Build and image servers using approved imaging and provisioning tools. • Execute routine maintenance activities, including updates, configuration changes, and lifecycle tasks. • Perform regular patching of UNIX/Linux systems to maintain security posture and platform currency. • Apply server hardening standards and secure configuration baselines in accordance with SEC policy direction. • Perform automated deployments for approved UNIX/Linux server builds and updates. • Maintain technical documentation and change-control records to support operational governance and audit readiness. • Work primarily in virtualized infrastructure environments supporting UNIX/Linux guest systems. • Support repeatable deployment and configuration activities for UNIX/Linux systems using approved enterprise methods. • Assist with operational monitoring and system health activities for virtual server environments. • Perform basic troubleshooting and restoration for UNIX/Linux server incidents and service issues. • Escalate complex technical issues to Senior Administrators with clear diagnostics and impact details. • Update incident, request, and change records in approved ticketing systems. • Collaborate across infrastructure and operations teams to improve reliability and reduce repeat incidents.

Role Description The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the assigned project(s) from award until system acceptance. This involves: - Final Design and implementation of the radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, and mobile backhaul - Delivering professional presentations - System staging - System acceptance testing - Radio coverage testing and interference mitigation - Radio system licensing (FCC/Industry Canada/NTIA) - Preparation of system fleetmap, encryption and radio programming templates - Develop and maintain engineering designs, diagrams, and bill of materials - Provide technical support and advice to PM and Installation teams - Working with Operations and Project Managers to complete site walks to determine specific client needs and scope - Create project specific install plans, scope documents, and test plans - Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot equipment as required; provides support and assistance to third parties for sub-contracted activities - Act as external liaison for customers’ general contractors, subcontractors and trades people as needed during the implementation and support phases - Delivering final customer system documentation - Develop plans and support live system cutovers and upgrades Qualifications - Experience/knowledge in radio communication systems, RF System Design and/or line of sight microwave propagation - Experience, good understanding, and working knowledge in IP networking, network design methodologies & troubleshooting (Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS) - Certifications through CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA or similar - Experience directly working with end-user customers is desirable - Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to nontechnical audiences - Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment - Troubleshoot/monitor network performance and resolve performance and connectivity issues - Previous knowledge and experience working with Juniper, Aviat, Cisco, Nokia microwave and IP network routing devices Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (BSEE/BSCE preferred) +3 Years of Engineering or Technology OR 6+ years of Systems Engineering, Wireless Communications experience or Public Safety Technical experience - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
