• Definición del Roadmap de Plataforma: Traducir la visión de gobierno tecnológico en un roadmap claro de evolución de servicios transversales, alineando las iniciativas técnicas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio junto al Tribe Lead y los Tech Leads. • Priorización con Criterio de Impacto Transversal: Evaluar y priorizar las demandas de todas las verticales de ingeniería y producto, balanceando estratégicamente la reducción de deuda técnica, la habilitación de nuevas capacidades y la estabilidad del ecosistema global. • Co-liderazgo del Squad Ágil: Facilitar las ceremonias ágiles junto al Tech Lead, manteniendo el ritmo de entrega del squad y asegurando que cada sprint impacte positivamente las métricas de adopción o disponibilidad del servicio transversal. • Garantía de Adopción y Documentación: Asegurar que cada entrega de servicio técnico transversal incluya documentación robusta, criterios de aceptación validados con las verticales consumidoras y contratos de API claros que garanticen su reutilización a escala. • Evangelización y Alineación de Estándares: Actuar como punto de entrada del gobierno tecnológico para todas las verticales de ingeniería y producto, detectando la duplicidad de esfuerzos y promoviendo la adopción de soluciones centralizadas. • Gobernanza, Seguridad y Disponibilidad: Velar por que todos los servicios transversales cumplan con estándares estrictos de seguridad, disponibilidad (SLA), PCI-DSS y la normativa CMF, validando cualquier cambio crítico con los equipos de Seguridad y Arquitectura. • Medición y Optimización de Plataforma: Monitorear métricas de disponibilidad, adopción y performance para validar hipótesis de arquitectura, asegurando que las mejoras técnicas se traduzcan en un mejor rendimiento para todo el ecosistema.
Job Requirements
- Profesionales de Ingeniería Civil en Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial con foco tecnológico o carreras afines (se valora experiencia equivalente demostrable).
- Certificaciones (Deseables): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); formación en arquitectura de APIs o microservicios (TOGAF, API Academy, etc.); certificaciones en seguridad de aplicaciones o Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure a nivel associate).
- 3 años en roles de Product Owner, Product Manager de plataforma o posiciones equivalentes con foco en servicios técnicos transversales, APIs o plataformas de habilitación.
- Haber gestionado el ciclo de vida completo de al menos un servicio técnico transversal o plataforma compartida, actuando como interlocutor multi-equipo y liderando iniciativas de estandarización en organizaciones de mediana a alta escala.
- Experiencia previa en Fintechs, bancos, neobancos, plataformas de pago o ecosistemas basados en arquitectura de microservicios a escala.
