Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales and drive business growth through strategic lead generation and sales. - Cultivate and manage key strategic accounts. - Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of company technology and product offerings (comprehensive training provided). - Analyze market trends to refine business models and proactively identify and pursue new revenue streams. - Proactively research, evaluate, and secure tenders for major sports and entertainment events within Serbia. - Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with all relevant governmental and regulatory bodies. - Build and maintain excellent, mutually beneficial relationships with venue operators across Serbia. - Strategically attend high-profile, large-scale events to maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape. - Provide inspirational leadership, continuous monitoring, and strategic road-mapping for sales teams to consistently exceed future sales targets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team. - In-depth experience within the event industry in Serbia. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility and willingness to accommodate variable working hours as required by business needs. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to nurture and maintain key client partnerships. - Demonstrated ability to develop sales budgets and effectively track and analyze team performance against targets.
