Sales Engineer, Tertiary Projects

• Lead the commercial development of complex technical solutions in electrical distribution, building automation, and electric vehicle charging stations • Grow the revenue and profitability of project offerings • Build and maintain long-term relationships with principal clients and decision-makers • Manage project opportunities in coordination with internal teams • Structure, negotiate and secure the technical, financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of proposals • Identify and develop new opportunities in collaboration with the wider sales team • Ensure commercial follow-up and project reporting via Salesforce

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary) qualification in electrotechnics/electrical engineering, complemented by commercial/business training such as a Master’s-level program
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years selling technical solutions or projects in a similar environment
  • Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market and installers
  • English proficiency is a plus
