Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Engineer with a technical background in networking, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and capable of supporting network design initiatives through accurate documentation, diagram creation, and project coordination. - Willingness to learn, ask follow-up questions, and escalate issues when necessary. - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. - Basic understanding of hospitality network design concepts and associated terminology. - Ability to read and interpret floor plans, topology diagrams, and supporting project documentation. - Experience working with CRM or project management platforms such as HIVE, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar tools is preferred. - Technical background in networking, with exposure to hotel or hospitality network environments preferred. • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) • Lead and develop mechanical designs with a strong focus on manufacturability • Apply DFM/DFA principles independently to improve part design, cost efficiency, and quality • Own design refinements based on manufacturing constraints and client feedback • Produce complete, production-ready engineering documentation • Conduct simulations and engineering checks using ANSYS or similar tools • Lead tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation • Identify design risks proactively and drive resolution • Apply working knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, casting, molding, etc.) to guide design and process decisions • Define material, finish, and process specifications for production parts • Evaluate supplier capabilities and factor manufacturing constraints into designs • Work closely with the Head Engineer and take independent ownership of client deliverables • Lead or co-lead virtual meetings with U.S.-based clients and internal teams • Communicate design intent, changes, and trade-offs clearly in a remote setup • Contribute to improving internal engineering workflows and standards

• Design and analyze transmission line systems, including structures, conductors, and foundations • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution • Utilize advanced software tools for modeling and simulation of transmission line performance • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices
