• Develop backend services, APIs and data models for learning paths, user progress and content delivery • Implement ServiceNow CSM and NEOS based related integrations such as case updates, workflow triggers and data exchange • Work with the offshore team to coordinate development tasks and maintain backend code quality • Support the automation of lab environments and platform components through IaC • Monitor backend performance and resolve issues that affect user flows or data accuracy • Manage CI/CD pipelines for backend services and support smooth release cycles • Ensure backend security, logging and audit readiness

Job Requirements

  • Have completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific field, or comparable professional training
  • Bring 5–7 years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies
  • Have very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical network infrastructure
  • Have extensive experience with infrastructure automation
  • Have strong expertise in Linux systems and network-related services
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and service orientation
  • Have experience working with agile development processes
  • Are able to evaluate technical solutions and develop creative approaches to complex challenges
  • Have experience with OpenStack and programming in open-source projects

Our Role Rushdown Studios is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join us in support of an existing partner studio! In this role, you’ll work alongside our existing team to improve infrastructure reliability and automate infrastructure creation and tools for a large-scale game development project. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team player with the ability to juggle and jump between different tasks as necessary.
