• Develop new business and expand OEM market share • Grow B&R's complete product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new and existing sales opportunities • Achieving sales budgets at key accounts and developing targeted strategies • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and discussions • Negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with the internal B&R team for seamless execution • Provide exceptional sales support to existing customers • Introduce new products and technical training offerings • Organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines • Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars, and product demos • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce entries and track after-sales support and maintenance activities
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Has 3-5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical /automation industry
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
- Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
- Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
