We are looking for an individual who has a passion for co-op games and a deep understanding of the systemic design, rapid iteration of the relevant technologies and processes that enable this. The right candidate will have significant experience with leading teams through pre-production, production, launch and post launch on PC and Console. They will also be open to hands-on work.  This role is part of our directorship  team of leaders who drive the development of our first game and overall studio strategy and culture. Responsibilities Immediate Focus - Pre production  - Lock multiplayer architecture and networking model - Define scalable systems framework (AI, progression, world events, macro sim, crafting, etc) - Lead programming priorities and guide the engineering team through pre-production while preparing for full production - Identify and prioritize top technical risks for production and launch  - Own and update WIP TDD  - Evaluate and recommend AI tools that can speed up team progress and efficiency  In Addition - Create and manage an overall technical roadmap that meshes with the company and project strategy and goals - Provide hands on support in a small and nimble team  - Maintain regular internal communications and encourage a positive and inclusive team atmosphere - Work with internal and 3rd party teams to create and vet project and studio technical plans - Audit the technical quality of emerging technologies and integrations - Ensure that our product is being built with a productive methodology and solid coding practices, technical briefs and code reviews.  - Identify and mitigate all technical risks for the various stakeholders, including internal studios and external partners - Ensure stakeholders are informed on progress in terms of what commitments have been made and how the execution of initiatives and milestones is going

Role Description Join Irth to lead SaaS implementations that keep operators safe and communities connected to critical infrastructure. The Technical Engagement Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the software resolution implementation process and key deliverables for clients. They will work with Irth clients to customize and install software systems. In this role, you will understand the client’s business and translate business needs into requirements, demonstrate how purchased software systems work, and answer questions relating to implementation. This role is responsible for project management, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure that the software solution meets the client's needs and complies with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with an ability to influence decision-makers and juggle various priorities at any given time. They will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Lead and manage the implementation of assigned projects from end-to-end, maintaining communication throughout the project to meet client expectations. - Complete projects within expected KPI’s - on time and on budget. - Meeting with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize software systems. - Lead clients through business-requirements sessions to evaluate and determine priorities and feasibility and then guide clients to optimal solutions. - Lead clients through system configurations using a Train the Trainer approach to create Irth software subject matter experts within the client team. - Take client’s “as-is” Business processes and formulate the “to-be” process within our product(s). Identify gaps and new features as necessary. - Document requirements in the form of statements of work, process flow diagrams, and other artifacts. - Plan, lead, organize, and control multiple project initiatives through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships. - Utilize the company’s systems to track and maintain accurate project status and time entry. - Record customer communication through the system, providing transparency regarding status. - Coordinating client enhancements with internal Irth teams on upcoming sprints. - Responsible for maintaining close working relationships and communication cadence with matching technical team members and leads. - Working with internal Irth teams to establish ETA for planned development projects and manage impacted stakeholders through execution, including movements on ETA and rationale. - Take an active role in working with development team(s) to ensure defined user stories are reflected in their technical design as projects are broken down into development sprints. - Leading project planning sessions to coordinate staff and internal resources, incorporating risk mitigation into project plans, managing progress and adapting work as required conducting project reviews, contributing to reports for executive staff. - Customizing software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned Projects. - Will utilize strong underwriting and product knowledge to support the review for content accuracy and intent. - Lead team through detailed system and business process analysis; ensures enhancements and solutions positively contribute to, expand upon, and do not conflict with overarching product(s) strategy. - Create process flow and project documentation, including wireframes, flow charts, and system configuration documentation. - Coordinating user acceptance testing to secure sign-off of new features. - Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer (Security) to help drive adoption and understanding of Forward’s security capabilities across customers, partners, and the broader security community. As a Senior Security TME, you will sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market execution. You will translate Forward’s differentiated security capabilities into compelling security workflows, technical content, and field enablement that resonate with security practitioners and decision-makers. This is a non-quota-carrying, highly technical, and externally visible role with meaningful influence on product direction and market positioning. - Partner with Product Management to define, validate, and shape security-related capabilities and use cases. - Design and evangelize customer workflows to realize the value of security features. - Build and maintain lab environments to support demos, technical validation, and security use-case exploration. - Develop high-quality technical collateral for internal audiences, including training materials, demo guides, and sales enablement content. - Collaborate with Marketing to create external-facing assets such as whitepapers, solution briefs, blogs, presentations, and videos. - Enable Sales and Solutions teams with security-focused demos, messaging, and technical training. - Represent Forward Networks at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events, including security conferences and trade shows. - Contribute thought leadership on network security trends and Forward’s role in modern security architectures. - Gather field and market feedback to influence product roadmap and security positioning. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role. - Strong understanding of enterprise network security concepts, including firewall rules and security policy management. - Experience working with complex enterprise networks across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform and familiarity with virtualization and containerized environments. - Proven ability to build and operate lab environments for demos and technical validation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, or a related field. - Ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
