Hasbro has implemented a global SAP S/4HANA landscape and continues to modernize its Finance technology ecosystem to support global growth, Direct-to-Consumer, and Business-to-Business initiatives. We are seeking a Sr. SAP S/4HANA Finance Configuration Analyst who will serve as a functional lead and hands-on configurator across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and closely integrated finance platforms such as BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and other finance-related systems. This role will be hybrid in Rhode Island/Boston 3 days a week in the office. What You'll Do • Serve as a functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA) • Design and support integrations with BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and banking platforms • Lead design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and UAT • Act as functional project lead for medium to large initiatives • Manage systems integrators and consultants • Maintain solution documentation and support close activities • Contribute to Finance technology roadmap and modernization initiatives What You'll Bring • 7+ years SAP Finance configuration experience with S/4HANA • Strong Record-to-Report process knowledge • Experience integrating SAP with finance ecosystem tools • Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP Integration Suite • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have • Financial close automation experience • SAP Fiori and embedded analytics exposure • Global, multi-entity environment experience • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package. Pay Range $107,800 - $161,700 USD Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
