At Stitch, we're building something extraordinary. As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers' lives easier with Braze. Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work. We're all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world's most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze. About This Role As an Integration Architect at Stitch, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how professional services are delivered in the martech space. You'll design and build innovative solutions that help our sales team prove value and enable our delivery team to provide next-level client outcomes. This role sits within our Cross-Functional Innovation team, where you'll work across all aspects of our business to productize knowledge and create solutions that help both our internal teams and clients leapfrog forward in their capabilities. You'll split your time between developing internal tools that revolutionize how we operate (60%) and supporting client-facing integration strategy initiatives (40%). This isn't just about implementing standard integrations - it's about fundamentally challenging the norm of how professional services are delivered and recognizing the immense opportunity to turn consulting insights into repeatable, scalable solutions. What You'll Do - Design and develop full-stack applications and integrations that connect marketing technology platforms with existing client ecosystems, focusing on optimizing performance and cost efficiency - Build internal tools that automate operational processes, enhance sales enablement, and accelerate delivery team efficiency while maintaining our high standards of client service - Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketing Strategists to design enhanced workstreams and support technology strategy workshops that provide unprecedented value to clients - Architect enterprise-grade system integrations and data management strategies that incorporate data governance, security considerations, and scalable patterns for complex client environments - Develop database constructs and cloud-based solutions that support our growing portfolio of innovative tools and client services - Stay current with martech advancements and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our capabilities and maintain our competitive edge - Contribute to Stitch's knowledge base and internal documentation to ensure integration best practices are accessible across all teams - Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets while balancing internal development work with client-facing responsibilities - Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic technology discussions and technical implementations - Maintain relevant marketing technology certifications, including required Braze certifications and emerging platform certifications - Perform additional duties as assigned to support Stitch's rapid growth and innovation objectives What Does Success Look Like In This Role? - You've built and deployed internal tools that demonstrably improve our sales win rates and delivery team efficiency, with measurable impact on operational metrics and client satisfaction - You consistently design solutions that bridge complex technical requirements with practical business outcomes in marketing technology environments - You help clients achieve capability leaps that would typically take months to develop internally through innovative martech solutions - You approach every project with curiosity and strategic thinking, asking questions to understand how technology can solve real marketing business problems rather than just implementing technology for its own sake - You show up to every client meeting and internal collaboration prepared and engaged, bringing a strong point of view on best practices and creative solutions that align with marketing objectives - You successfully balance multiple concurrent projects and priorities, effectively managing context-switching between internal tool development and client-facing initiatives - You've contributed to the repository of our consulting knowledge, creating repeatable frameworks and tools that multiply the impact of our entire team - You manage your weekly schedule effectively to consistently meet Stitch's quarterly billable targets while advancing critical internal development projects
