Partner Marketing Manager

Instinct Science

• Build and maintain a partner strategy and recruitment and engagement plan to rapidly increase sales pipeline and bookings results from the Instinct partner channel. • Design and implement co-marketing campaigns (email campaigns, newsletters, content syndication, webinars, PR, and more) to drive leads and a measurable impact to sales pipeline. • Create partner marketing materials to aid with recruitment and engagement, resulting in increased partner awareness, sales opportunities, and alignment with our business leaders designed with quality, thoroughness, and scalability. • Identify and recruit referral and reseller agreements in the US and globally to extend our reach and uncover sales opportunities. • Work with Senior Events Manager to support collaboration with Instinct partners/associations. • Roll out marketing enablement sessions and programs to partners, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing for Instinct’s product portfolio, ICP, and alignment on messaging. • Create and manage communications with channel partners to drive awareness of campaigns, product updates, and business news. • Conduct ongoing partner meetings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to plan activities and measure performance against goals. • Prepare and present monthly partner marketing plans and performance results cross-functionally and to the executive team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s diploma or degree in related field such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of partner marketing experience in a B2B software environment.
  • Good communication and writing skills, and ability to present to an audience are essential.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to "sell" partners on the benefits of partnering with Instinct.
  • Experience preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans.
  • Measurable success in driving partner business and engagement.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams, and is adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to effectively develop and implement channel programs/procedures.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to build compelling business cases in order to win internal and external support for partner marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results.
  • Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to travel and meet requirements set by outside organizations/events (10-20% of the time).
