• Be the first point of contact for customers on IT and Business Application related questions • Provide a professional, efficient, and effective support service to Unit4 customers • Progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and R&D • Investigate, process and document application defects passed to the Application Support team • Be proactive in highlighting potential escalation risks with your Team Leader • Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues • Investigate, document and present process improvements to enhance the customer experience • Responsible for personal development plan including product/technical knowledge and soft skill development • Train and mentor less experienced members of the team

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Exceptional Customer facing skills
  • Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment is an advantage
  • Exhibits good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage your own time to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Friendly and professional manner with an enthusiastic positive approach to tasks
  • Able to use initiative and work alone, and as part of a team
  • Be a strong Team Player
  • Possess ability to work in a Dual Working Environment

Role Description Save the Children is seeking a consultant to support Pacific Ministries of Education to move from climate finance priorities to practical, fundable investment concepts. This consultancy will focus on developing and progressing a small number of priority climate finance concepts, working closely with governments, regional partners, and climate finance actors to shape viable, funder-aligned project designs and pathways to access climate finance. Responsibilities - Working closely with the CSESI team and Pacific partners to translate climate finance roadmap priorities into a small number of viable concept ideas. - Designing and facilitating a regional workshop (expected between 20 July and 7 August) to prioritize and shape concept ideas. - Supporting countries to define feasible funding pathways, including engagement with relevant accredited entities and national focal points. - Facilitating targeted follow-up sessions and workshops to further develop and refine selected concepts. - Leading the development of up to two climate finance concept notes aligned with funder requirements. - Supporting early engagement with funders and partners to test and strengthen concept viability. Qualifications - Over 10 years of experience designing and delivering climate finance, climate change, DRR, or resilience programs, particularly in the Pacific, with at least 5 years in climate finance. - Knowledge and experience working with governments and Ministries on climate change and climate financing processes. - Experience in program and project design, including development of concept notes or proposals. - Experience engaging with national governments, UN agencies, international bodies, and/or donors. - Strong understanding of climate finance mechanisms and processes (e.g. GCF, GEF, Adaptation Fund). - Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse stakeholders in multi-country contexts.
