• Develop, maintain and optimize data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes; • Analyze, model and process large volumes of data; • Build queries, stored procedures and routines for integration and information provisioning; • Support Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Science initiatives; • Ensure data quality, integrity and governance; • Identify and resolve issues related to performance and availability of data environments; • Produce studies, KPIs and analyses to support strategic decision-making; • Collaborate with business areas, data engineering and systems development teams.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in data administration, modeling and analysis;
- Experience with data lake architectures;
- Experience developing and maintaining ETL processes;
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases and query optimization;
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL development;
- Experience programming in Python for data manipulation, analysis and automation;
- Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services);
- Experience with Oracle and DBMaker databases;
- Familiarity with Big Data environments using Apache Spark;
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google BigQuery;
- Knowledge of system development using JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML and CSS;
- Familiarity with Data Analytics, Data Science and data governance concepts;

Role Description ICF is looking for a Senior Economist to join our Regulatory, Policy and Economics business portfolio where we support primarily public-sector clients with research, analysis, technical assistance, and implementation support to help address complex policy, management, and regulatory challenges. We estimate the safety, environmental, and social effects of regulations, policies and programs and assess their costs, benefits, and economic impacts. We also evaluate program effectiveness.
