• Serve as the HRIS and Payroll subject matter expert with ownership of Rippling HRIS & Payroll Processing system or similar large-scale HR system (Workday, UKG, etc.). • Ensure data accuracy, system configuration, and seamless HR technology operations. • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards; leverage advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables) for data analysis. • Lead efforts in data manipulation, modeling, and reporting to deliver actionable insights for HR and business leaders. • Manage Payscale data and compensation pricing projects, ensuring competitive and compliant pay practices. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for Mission US. • Analyze and interpret HR survey data to support workforce planning, engagement, and compensation initiatives. • Own and maintain all HR data, reporting, and analytics across the HR function through Rippling. • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify technology enhancements, streamline workflows, and improve system utilization.
• Collaborate with Underwriters to quote, bind, and issue policies and endorsements • Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers • Prepare and review policy files and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Request and verify Broker of Record letters and other underwriting documentation • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Prepare policies for issuance using the appropriate Policy Administration System (PAS) • Lead or assist in PAS testing and review initiatives in collaboration with management • Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
• Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate tools and approaches, and the application of standards and best practices. • Analyze data and develop insights to drive business strategy and decision-making. • Collaborate with other team members to define and establish standards, framework, and best practices for delivery of technology applications and products. • Work with team members to adhere to repeatable and scalable processes for the collection, design, and prioritization of work. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends, needs and opportunities to provide distinctive value and outcomes from the services and data. • Maintain a strategic outlook and stay current with leading technology products and techniques. • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key business processes to be seen as a trusted advisor to the business in bringing technology to bear on business problems and procedures. • Develop and design testing protocols. • Develop and conduct testing of software deployment and updates. • Create and maintain business process documentation and requirements. • Manage and execute projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project progress and findings
