Title: ERP Consultant Finance Location: Sweden, Remote Job Description: Department: Professional Services We are looking for a consultant with an economist profile. Preferably with experience as a project and assignment manager. As a consultant, you work on various customer projects with new implementations, upgrades and new solutions in Jeeves ERP together with other committed consultant colleagues. In some cases, you lead the projects and in other cases you are part of a project group, depending on your interest and previous experience. Regardless, all projects are driven based on the Jeeves project model and working methodology and the focus in this role is on collaboration! By being a reliable business advisor to our customers, you help them identify needs, propose solutions, specify adaptations, system test, train and support them in their development and use of Jeeves ERP. In other words, you help customers tailor the system to streamline their processes and working methods. We see it as an advantage that the candidate has the opportunity to work at one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Växjö and Jönköping. Responsibilities What are the main and most important focus areas for the role? - New implementations, upgrades and new solutions in Jeeves ERP. - Consulting in finance requires collaboration with consultants in manufacturing, logistics, development and infrastructure, as well as an understanding of these roles and processes. - Responsibility for delivering solutions in Jeeves to the customer, participating in various projects and leading colleagues as project manager and delivery manager in a role we call Customer Success Service (CSS) - Be a trusted business advisor to our customers by helping them identify needs, propose solutions, specify customizations, system test, train and support them in their development and use of Jeeves ERP. - Good analytical skills and troubleshooting methodology. What is the complexity of the tasks/role? - Challenge in billing working hours, managing customer expectations, working on different types of projects with different types of people. - System design and connections between different business processes. Contact surfaces internally/externally? - Many – customers and colleagues throughout Jeeves. Business travel? - As the role may involve some travel within the region, a driver's license is required. 1-3 days a week at the customer's place. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Educational level and specialization in demand - Academic background is desirable but not required. Professional experience - Good knowledge of economics, either from relevant university or college education or from previous work. - We see it as an advantage if you have worked in a similar role with customer contact before. - Technical profile, preferably with SQL or some form of programming experience. May be good with Excel and scripting languages. - Previous implementation and/or maintenance and further development of business systems is an advantage. Jeeves is preferred, but not required. - Love to improve and work in systems and with customers. Personal characteristics - We need someone with energy, who is driven and has good ability to communicate with customers - Self-driven, but good collaboration skills - Skilled at solving problems - Fluent in both Swedish and English.
