The Role - Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. - Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. - Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. - Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. - Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. - Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements - Minimum 15 years of Big 4/Consulting experience is a must. - Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs. - Process/Functional Lead on at least 3 SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country, end-to-end) - Led at least one SAP Discovery / assessment phases and built business case. - Experience in at least two verticals: Manufacturing, CRL, SURE, Life Sciences, CMT - Team Lead or co-lead large SAP pursuits - Solutioning, estimation, and client orals - Good understanding of Migration strategies (Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid).
