• Develop visual concepts and design systems for integrated campaigns spanning **direct mail, print, digital display, social, web, and video**. • Translate creative briefs and copy into effective visual executions that align with campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand guidelines. • Support creative ideation and brainstorming sessions, contributing thoughtful visual perspectives and executional ideas. • Execute creative from concept through final delivery, balancing strong design with performance and production requirements. • Lead hands-on design and production for **print and direct mail**, including letters, envelopes, inserts, brochures, and other physical formats. • Prepare **press-ready files**, ensuring accuracy across layout, typography, color, bleeds, trims, versioning, and printer specifications. • Manage production details such as personalization, variable data considerations, resizing, and mechanical setup. • Partner with internal production teams, vendors, and printers to ensure files meet technical requirements and timelines. • Design and adapt creative for digital channels including display, paid social, and web. • Support video and motion projects through storyboarding, layout design, and visual direction. • Review all creative deliverables for accuracy, craftsmanship, and adherence to brand and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4–6 years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency or performance-marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Print and direct mail design
- Production-ready execution
- Digital and web creative
- Video or motion support work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of **print production and direct mail workflows**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
