• As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to learn more about our wireless plans and services. • Use a consultative approach to understand their needs through discovery questions, provide tailored solutions, and close the sale – all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Your energy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions will help uncover customers' needs. • You’ll position Consumer Cellular as the reliable, value-based solution they’ve been looking for. • By asking discovery questions, you will be able to provide the best recommendations on products and services that fit both their budget and lifestyle. • You know that when you hear objections, this is an opportunity to build trust and ask more questions. • You will recognize the right time to close the sale and add a customer. • Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools (training will be provided).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail)
- Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers
- Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales
- A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and weekly event scheduling and activation goals • Schedule events and identify and execute additional marketing tactics • Pre-promote events and offers • Establish clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams • Administrative duties include but are not limited to event recapping, finance management and product inventory • Ideal candidates will possess prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, business to business, retail or Telecom • Possess a strong work ethic • Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative • Reliable form of transportation (commuting/some travel is required) • Full time availability (may include some nights/weekends) • Bilingual is a plus
