• You are the vital link between a finalized itinerary and flawless client travel. • Supporting luxury travel experiences, you bring each trip to life by meticulously verifying every operational detail, confirming supplier arrangements, and ensuring clients are fully prepared and confident for their journey. • Your work directly supports both the Africa Travel Specialists and in-country teams, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, seamlessness, and luxury service delivery. • Receive finalized itineraries from the Destination Specialists and initiate all post-confirmation steps. • Collaborate closely with in-country partners to verify transfer schedules, guide assignments, room allocations, activity bookings, and supplier confirmations. • Ensure all guest preferences—rooming, bed configurations, dietary needs, special celebrations—are accurately confirmed with suppliers. • Validate all transfer logistics, including ground and air, ensuring they align with the latest flight schedules and on-the-ground conditions. • Create polished, detailed travel documents including daily itineraries, confirmed bookings, supplier contacts, and travel vouchers. • Include tailored packing lists, health & safety guidelines, and destination tips to ensure clients feel fully informed and prepared. • Provide clear, up-to-date guidance on visa and entry requirements for all countries in the itinerary. • Review international flight details to ensure seamless integration with the planned itinerary, including early arrivals or late departures. • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions as travel approaches. • Lead final travel document reviews to address any last questions and ensure clients feel confident. • Resolve any last-minute changes or discrepancies prior to departure. • Keep complete and current records of supplier confirmations, payments, and client details in internal systems. • Audit bookings to confirm accurate billing and payment statuses. • Maintain vendor databases, dining guides, and other internal resources to support operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in luxury travel, with a background in a DMC, tour operator, or travel agency, and an understanding of Africa travel logistics and regional complexities.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a natural drive to catch discrepancies and ensure absolute accuracy.
- Highly organized, able to manage complex, multi-component itineraries across multiple clients and timelines.
- Calm and proactive, anticipating potential issues and solving them before they arise.
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal), fluent in English and skilled at simplifying complex information for clients.
- Inquisitive and resourceful, with strong research skills to stay current on changing visa and entry protocols.
- Experienced with systems and tools, including CRM platforms and itinerary building software (Wetu experience a plus).
- Client-centered, with a strong sense of responsibility for the client's peace of mind and experience.
- Collaborative, supporting both your internal team and our trusted in-country partners.

Role Description This is a remote, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. • Proactively maintains and grows relationships with referrals sources to increase sales and patient starts. • Serves as key point of contact and representative of Option Care to provide education, assistance, and service to referral sources. • Interacts with area service providers on a daily basis to sell Option Care services that could assist in the care for discharging patients. • Works with clinical team to determine if the patient is a viable candidate for alternative site care. • Uses sales techniques to educate patients, their families and the facility staff about the services and products provided by Option Care. • Effectively communicates with agency staff, medical team, patients and family throughout the discharge process to implement an effective treatment plan. • Responsible for collecting, reviewing and completing preadmission information and securing related signoff. • Partners with Account Manager and Regional Sales Director to create and execute area business and growth plan. • Communicates frequently with Account Manager to discuss opportunities, assess progress, and provide feedback related to promoting the services of Option Care. • Partners with Account Manager and marketing staff to coordinate educational and promotional programs to patient/caregiver and referral sources. • Proactively initiates care transition coordination with referral sources and internal partners to ensure seamless patient transitions to home or ATS. • Participates with any data collection required for therapy start and patient tracking process. This may include facilitating the transfer of orders via phone, fax, and e-prescribing. • Reviews the patient’s medical record to obtain both pertinent medical history and primary/ secondary insurance payor information and communicates this to patient registration department. • Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information and observes legal guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care information. • Provides oversight and input to the providers regarding the patient transition to home care. • Serves as a point of contact, coordination, and communication with other providers. • Makes arrangements for any special medical supplies or appliances to be available.
• Provide first level review for all outpatient and ancillary pre-certification requests for medical appropriateness • All inpatient hospital stays including mental health, substance abuse, skilled nursing and rehabilitation for medical necessity • Ensure proper referral to medical director for denial authorizations through independent review organizations (IRO) • Work with hospital staff to prepare patients for discharge and ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care • Refer requests that fall outside of established guidelines to advance review or senior care consultants • Process appeals for non-certification of services; complete non-certification letters when appropriate • Review plan document for benefit determinations; attempt to redirect providers and patients to PPO providers • Identify and refer potential cases to case management, wellness, chronic disease and Nurturing Together program • Complete documentation for all reviews in Eldorado/Episodes; maintain confidentiality • Utilize MCG guidelines, medical policies, Medscape, and NCCN • Ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround times daily
