Role Description Assist with the development, testing, and optimization of AMW's software platforms, AI-powered tools, and digital products. Support app debugging, quality assurance testing, user experience reviews, feature documentation, and product research. Collaborate with the technology team on software development initiatives, automation projects, and platform improvements. Support marketing and client success efforts through: - Research - Content creation - Campaign planning - CRM management - Account support - Reporting - Project coordination Assist with: - Social media strategy development - Media outreach planning - Copywriting (blog posts, press releases, emails, website content) - Preparation for product launches and client campaigns Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for new features and process improvements, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, help manage client communications and project deliverables, and perform administrative and operational tasks as needed.
