What will you be responsible for? - Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential clients. Provide information about our services to achieve a sale. - Lead Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients who completed online quotes to gauge their interest. Provide further assistance to achieve a sale. - Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients in French and English on a daily basis. Since we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential. - Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client engagement & sales. - Career Growth: Successfully write your broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.
