While focused on critical writing and project execution, this role comes with significant opportunities to grow and develop strategic and creative thinking skills. - Tactical Writing and Content Development: Draft compelling, clear, and accurate content—including articles, emails, presentations, toolkits, videos, and messaging—aligned with SAIC’s goal to engage, inform, and inspire employees. - Operational Support for Internal Communications: Manage internal communication activities, including content scheduling, monitoring metrics, maintaining intranet content, overseeing communication calendars, and supporting stakeholder requests. - Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Partner with teams across SAIC—including Human Resources, leadership, and other internal departments—to effectively deliver communications that drive employee understanding and engagement with organizational goals. - Support Change Management Initiatives: Contribute to internal campaigns focused on change management, organizational transformation, employee engagement, new technology adoption, and retention strategies. - Learn and Implement New Tools: Stay current with industry tools for internal communications—including platforms for employee engagement, intranet management, and metrics—embracing opportunities to pilot and implement technologies to meet communication objectives. Role Description Dykema Gossett, PLLC is recruiting for an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in the Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches, and updates. The Conflicts Coordinator will perform conflict of interest checks and make preliminary reviews of the results for lateral hires. Additionally, the Conflicts Coordinator will monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure the accuracy of data maintained in the system. This position is fully remote and open to all office locations. Qualifications - Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required. - Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred. - Knowledge of Intapp Open is a plus. - Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required. - Background in corporate research or library-related work is a plus.
