Director, Diligence Reporting

Radian

Role Description The Director, Diligence Reporting is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the SFR (single family rental) diligence, RTL (residential transition loan), and DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) reporting workflow as well as the management of SFR Reporting analysts. This position ensures diligence reporting to both internal and external customers is accurate, timely and that all prepared reports match the agreed upon work order. - Confirm work completed is accurately reflected on all certifications. - Attend all internal deal setup meetings and client kick off calls. - Assign SFR Reporting Analysts clients and help coordinate with the assigned Client Service Manager on daily client communication and exception reporting. - Perform daily and weekly status reporting, order management, and provide client support on tax, lien monitoring, and HOA requests. - Provide training, support, testing, and monitoring of the Capital Market Dashboard. - Manage invoice requests and reconciliation to accounts receivable. - Manage high-volume while focusing on the timeliness of product delivery and understanding of client perspective of quality for both diligence and BPO's. - Responsible for all AI and BOT projects and overall Quality Control. Qualifications - 10 years SFR reporting and/or file review experience. - 5 years prior real estate experience with knowledge of real estate valuations. - Expert knowledge of GRCCU and Micro strategies Systems. - Read and understand Evaluation Service Agreements and Work Orders. - 3 years supervisory experience. Requirements - Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across multiple domains (written, verbal, interpersonal, listening). - Good administrative skills with a highly collaborative approach. - Set an example of professionalism and respect for others. - Positive attitude in handling challenging situations. - Good prioritization, planning, problem-solving, and implementation skills showing initiative and follow-through. - Ability to conduct/interact professionally and effectively at multiple levels within the organization. - Ability to establish credibility, overcome obstacles, and make decisions confidently. - Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude. - Proven reliability and dependability in attendance and punctuality. - Experience/ability to work as a subject matter expert and answer questions from team members regarding work product and client inquiries.
