Role Description The Group Quality Supervisor - Onboarding is a clinical leadership role focused on supporting Group Facilitators during their first 30 days in the role. Responsibilities include: - Guiding facilitators through onboarding processes - Reinforcing policies and procedures - Clarifying performance expectations - Strengthening foundational clinical skills to ensure confidence, competence, and early role effectiveness Key duties include: - Serve as primary onboarding liaison and support resource - Score facilitator checkout sessions and identify development needs - Conduct session audits and provide structured clinical coaching - Facilitate 1:1 performance feedback sessions - Host office hours and treatment team support spaces - Ensure compliance readiness and workflow understanding - Support cohort placement and schedule ramp-up - Evaluate facilitator competency using standardized rubric - Prepare transition reports for long-term management teams Qualifications - Master’s degree in mental health or related field - required - Licensed mental health professional - required - Experience managing Independent Contractors - required - Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults - required - 2 or more years experience in mental health treatment - required - Meets the qualifications of a QMHP Supervisor through the demonstrated competencies defined below - required - Leadership - Cultural responsiveness - Oversight and evaluation of services - Staff development - Assessment - Person-centered treatment planning - Case management and coordination - Utilization of community resources - Group, family, and individual therapy or counseling - Documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes - Implementation of all provider policies - Effective communication - Care coordination - Inter- and intra-agency collaboration - Working alliances with individuals - Suicide and other risk assessments and interventions - Creating and monitoring safety plans - Completion of bio-psycho-social assessments and additional assessments - Updating assessments when clinical circumstances change - Generating a differential DSM-5-TR diagnosis - Prioritizing health, wellness and recovery needs - Writing measurable service objectives - Creating, monitoring and revising service plans - Delivery of mental health and recovery treatment services in individual, group and family formats within their scope - Gathering and recording data that measures progress toward the service objectives - Documenting services, supports and other information supportive of the service plan Requirements - Licensed mental health professional - Required - Familiar with Zoom and other communication platforms - Ability to navigate EMR and other medical systems - Ability to navigate, create, and edit Google mail, calendar, and GSuite documents - Knowledge of how to send and receive emails, as well as attach documents to an email and open attachments Benefits - Comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees

• Define and implement QA practices and procedures, incorporating test automation and AI-powered testing tools. • Create, organize, and maintain a comprehensive test plan library, including automated regression suites. • Develop and maintain test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) to verify functional requirements, web standards, and accessibility compliance. • Build automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven testing tools (visual regression, self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation) to improve coverage and efficiency. • Establish, maintain, and audit the marketing QA process for software projects. • Research QA standards, AI/ML testing capabilities, and automation trends; recommend process improvements to management. • Understand business objectives and technical implementation of GCU’s marketing websites and applications. • Coordinate product releases with all relevant stakeholders. • Meet with developers and users to understand testing needs and document requirements. • Analyze, design, and prepare test data requirements, including synthetic data generation. • Create, execute, and maintain test plans based on technical and business requirements. • Design, develop, debug, and maintain test scripts across manual and automated workflows. • Provide task dependencies, priorities, and time estimates. • Optimize QA tools and processes through continuous improvement, leveraging test analytics and AI-powered defect prediction. • Stay current on software upgrades, browser releases, AI testing innovations, and automation advancements.
