Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist
Grand Canyon Education, Inc.
• Define and implement QA practices and procedures, incorporating test automation and AI-powered testing tools. • Create, organize, and maintain a comprehensive test plan library, including automated regression suites. • Develop and maintain test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) to verify functional requirements, web standards, and accessibility compliance. • Build automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven testing tools (visual regression, self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation) to improve coverage and efficiency. • Establish, maintain, and audit the marketing QA process for software projects. • Research QA standards, AI/ML testing capabilities, and automation trends; recommend process improvements to management. • Understand business objectives and technical implementation of GCU’s marketing websites and applications. • Coordinate product releases with all relevant stakeholders. • Meet with developers and users to understand testing needs and document requirements. • Analyze, design, and prepare test data requirements, including synthetic data generation. • Create, execute, and maintain test plans based on technical and business requirements. • Design, develop, debug, and maintain test scripts across manual and automated workflows. • Provide task dependencies, priorities, and time estimates. • Optimize QA tools and processes through continuous improvement, leveraging test analytics and AI-powered defect prediction. • Stay current on software upgrades, browser releases, AI testing innovations, and automation advancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience building and/or testing web applications.
- Solid understanding of Windows, MacOS, and web applications.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and concepts (test generation, visual regression, self-healing locators).
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and tools (Jenkins, Git), including integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Familiarity with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing concepts.
- Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and challenges.
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University

As a QC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our translation projects.
