Product Engineer
Resend
• Build polished product experiences for users using Resend. • Turn complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences. • Own features end-to-end: product thinking, UX details, implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration. • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success to understand user problems and ship high-quality solutions. • Build debugging and observability experiences that help users understand what happened to their emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests. • Talk to users, understand customer pain, and turn those insights into better product decisions. • Help raise the bar for craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and product quality across Resend.
Job Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products.
- Are fluent in writing and speaking English.
- Have strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
- Are comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure.
- Care deeply about UX, interaction details, and product polish.
- Can take an ambiguous customer problem and turn it into a clear, shippable solution.
- Have strong product judgment.
- Love helping developers and care about developer experience.
- Are comfortable working in open-ended problems and situations.
- Have a “default to action” mindset.
- Are hands-on and enjoy solving problems directly.
- Have low ego and enjoy collaborating with design, engineering, and customer success.
