Talent Acquisition Advisor

Role Description We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the U.S. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders as well as with several external partners to identify, attract, and secure employees on all levels. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise with advisory capabilities and a deep understanding of modern recruitment strategies. - Partnering with Hiring Managers to define and refine role profiles, including required competencies, experience, and success criteria - Providing consultative guidance on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning - Identifying and implementing the most effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels (e.g., direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, referrals) - Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates using a variety of tools and platforms - Managing the full candidate lifecycle within SAP Success Factors recruiting module, from initial contact through interview coordination through offer stage with the support of our recruiting coordinator - Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience - Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and other HR colleagues to align recruitment strategies with business needs - Designing and recommending appropriate selection methodologies (e.g., structured interviews, assessments, case studies) - Advising Hiring Managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation - Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress - Ensuring consistency in the onboarding experience across all departments and partnering with Learning & Development on the usage of the digital onboarding tool (Enboarder) by making adjustments when needed - Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably) or equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with proficiency in SAP Success Factors recruiting, MS Office applications and HR compliance as it relates to recruitment practices - Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Recruiter, ATS systems) - Ability to think logically and work independently with minimal direction - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Dynamic interpersonal skills and professional demeanor - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Experience in designing and implementing selection and assessment processes - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits - Flexible work arrangements whenever possible - Highly competitive retirement savings plan with company match and investment options - Well-being programs that include comprehensive mental health support for you and your household family members - Family forming benefits (fertility, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, maternity/parental leave, and more) - Back-up child and elder care with discount programs for families of all ages and stages - Mentoring and career development opportunities that allow you to share, learn, and thrive - Matching gifts program that allows you to deepen the impact of your contributions to qualified charities - Employee crisis support for when the unexpected happens - Access to our BASF wine cellar, employee discounts, and much more!
