Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, andmaintainscalable and reliable automated test frameworks across UI, API, and performance layers. - Build and execute API, UI, and performance tests using automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, or JMeter. - Apply BDD (e.g., Cucumber) or TDD approaches with maintainable and reusable test design patterns - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable feedback - Improve test reliability by reducing flakiness andoptimizingexecution time - Enable parallel test execution andenvironmentscalability - Ensure end-to-end test coverage by creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts. - Perform exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover complex defectsand conductroot cause analysis and deep debugging of failures and defects - Analyze logs, data, and system behavior toidentifyhidden quality risks - Validate end-to-end workflows and complex integrations - Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Collaborate with developers to improve testability and code quality - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable automation code following engineering best practices - Perform database validation using SQL/NoSQL RequiredQualifications: - Education: Bachelor's ormaster'sdegree incomputer science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience 8+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and QA processes. - Proficiencyin programming languages such as Java, Typescript, JavaScript, or C# - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Appium) - Experience with API testing (REST Assured, Postman, etc.) - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices - Proficiencyin database testing using SQL queries. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. - Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening. • Work with Cloud Operations Engineers to design, operate, and improve scalable services running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Ensure the reliability, performance, and observability of both cloud‑native and on‑prem container platforms • Evolve and maintain our Infrastructure‑as‑Code ecosystem using Bicep, ARM templates, and Terraform • Support and enhance CI/CD capabilities across Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, Git repos) • Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to expand automation and modernize operational processes • Act as a technical escalation point for global Operations Support teams • Introduce improvements across deployments, infrastructure, and monitoring with an automation‑first mindset • Maintain clear and accurate documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles • Support and maintain PostgreSQL instances running in cloud and containerized environments

• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance • Collaborate with ITSM platforms to improve incident management and integrate monitoring and alerting workflows • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery • Automate system administration and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • Monitor systems and applications to proactively identify issues and reduce noise alerts • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across cloud, application, and network layers to ensure system stability • Support Agile teams by delivering operational enablers and improving deployment and release processes • Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to improve system visibility • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and system reliability
