Procurement/Sourcing Specialist, Clinical Ancillaries

• Execute procurement activities to support global and regional sourcing of clinical ancillary products and services. • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, compiling relevant data to support clinical ancillary bids and sourcing decisions. • Process purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines to ensure timely receipt of goods and services. • Maintain procurement trackers, including supplier lead time tracking, and provide updates to project managers and operational teams. • Support creation of purchase requisitions and component setup in collaboration with Clinical Supply Chain Managers. • Maintain strong professional relationships with approved suppliers and support ongoing supplier communication. • Assist with negotiations related to pricing, delivery timelines, and service expectations. • Support supplier performance monitoring and address issues related to product quality or delivery delays. • Monitor procurement costs and analyze purchasing data to identify cost optimization opportunities. • Support preparation of procurement reports and cost analyses to inform sourcing decisions. • Ensure all procured goods and services meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and documentation standards. • Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Finance, Supplier Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support project requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes including purchase order management, supplier coordination, and inventory considerations.
  • Experience managing or supporting supplier relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Role Description The Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing – Technology leads the coordinated execution of strategic sourcing across enterprise technology spend. In this role, you will report to the VP, Global Procurement and work collaboratively across our international teams and markets. Your work will ensure consistent application of sourcing strategy direction, commercial standards, and governance expectations across technology sourcing leaders and categories that are critical to business operations, security posture, and scalability. The Senior Director drives portfolio-level integration—aligning priorities, managing cross-category dependencies, and ensuring value delivery and technology risk posture are understood and actively managed. The role serves as the senior escalation point for complex technology sourcing matters and enables effective execution of enterprise priorities in partnership with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and business leadership.
