Role Description The position is responsible for building relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers, onboarding them as partners, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. The Inside Account Executive will also be responsible for assisting their potential partners to complete broker loan approval documents and assist active partners in understanding and completing conditions during the loan approval process. The Inside Account Executive customarily and regularly spends more than half of their working time from the Company’s established place of business or home office, engaged in activities directly related to building relationships with brokers in order to sell the Company’s loan products. In this position, you will spend minimal time visiting brokers in person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - A subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra products and programs, basic eligibility parameters and pricing. - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and outbound call goals and/or manage daily sales activities to achieve key performance metrics. - Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing new mortgage brokers/bankers onboard. - Win business by developing deep network relationships with new and existing accounts. - Submit accurate and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals. - Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline. - Create a consistent and timely plan for nurturing current business, new business and following up on leads when provided. - Follow up with current and new partners on loan scenarios and program questions/inquiries in a timely manner. - Conduct consistent contact with current and potential broker partners on a weekly basis to perform product presentations, review loan scenarios and deepen the customer relationship. - Maintain production levels as illustrated in the “Minimum Sales Expectations” document. - Keep accurate records and current data in all company provided systems, including responding to emails, maintaining current and accurate timecard data, and proper use of sales specific systems like Salesforce, Glide, etc. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be comfortable on the phone; cold calling, troubleshooting and answering product questions in a timely manner. - Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. - Experienced in closing sales and contract negotiation. - Experienced in generating sales strategies with an ability to analyze sales performance. - Proficient in Salesforce. Requirements - 5 years of Sales experience is required. - Mortgage/Real Estate experience is strongly preferred. - Current and non-restrictive driver’s license and local State required car insurance. - Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real estate, marketing, sales or equivalent preferred but not required.
