• Own and deliver portfolio-level financial analysis for Clinical Solutions departments, including budget health, forecast accuracy, margin performance, and risk identification. • Lead project financial oversight across the full project lifecycle, from award through closeout, ensuring adherence to financial best practices and internal controls. • Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget) to identify drivers of change, scope creep, and emerging risks. • Partner with project finance teams to ensure consistency and integrity of project-level data feeding portfolio reporting. • Support and enhance departmental forecasting and planning processes using clear, supportable assumptions. • Monitor budget consumption, earned value indicators, and change order impacts across portfolios. • Provide forward-looking insights to support proactive financial decision-making by operational leadership. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting standards. • Develop and maintain trial operations KPIs and measures that link operational performance to financial outcomes. • Leverage Excel and Power BI to create scalable dashboards and analyses that support portfolio governance and executive review. • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. • Act as a trusted finance partner to Clinical Solutions department heads, supporting planning, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives. • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and executive-ready materials summarizing portfolio performance, risks, and recommendations. • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects requested by Finance leadership, Clinical Operations leadership, or executive management. • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and financial reporting.

• RCM Oversight: Lead and grow the RCM team to ensure precise billing, collections, and reconciliation between invoiced services and cash receipts, enhancing quality of earnings and cash flow predictability. • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Elevate financial and operational reporting by integrating franchisor system data, building dynamic financial models, and providing executive-level insights and board communications. • Cash Flow & Forecasting Management: Establish and maintain strong cash flow reporting and forecasting processes to back strategic reinvestment and growth, including organic expansion and acquisitions. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with business owners and operational leaders to align finance with sales-driven growth strategies, balancing operational discipline without slowing momentum. • Transaction Readiness & PE Interface: Ready the finance function and reporting infrastructure for potential private equity deals, acting as a key finance leader through due diligence and exit activities.

• Lead Aveni's engagement with Tier 1 financial services organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving growth, retention and expansion across our largest accounts. • Define and lead Aveni's strategy for expanding within large-scale financial institutions. • Act as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for Aveni's most important customer relationships. • Partner closely with Sales teams on major opportunities, RFIs, RFPs and executive presentations. • Provide strategic market insight that influences product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Role Description The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for overseeing financial support for several business functions within the organization. Areas of focus include: - Financial reporting and analysis of global expenses - Preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to relevant budget owners - Coordination with the business and accounting teams - Preparation and management of key monthly financial documentation and processes - Key performance metrics reporting Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation of required monthly presentations of financial results and KPI’s for the appropriate business leaders. - Serve as primary FP&A contact for Senior Leaders of the Company, including management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process for each function. - Drive financial analysis and forecasting, which includes analysis of actual financial and operational results at individual budget level and regular meetings with budget owners to discuss results. - Evaluate areas for process improvement and manage the implementation of those improvements. - Assist with evaluating operations and financial modeling to support strategic goals. - Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy. - Complete various ad hoc analyses as required.
