• **Own the consolidated monthly close:** Lead the full month-end close process, delivering timely and accurate consolidated financials across US and international entities. • **Lead day-to-day accounting operations:** Oversee transactional accounting including AP (Ramp bills), payroll, commissions, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and treasury management. • **ERP evaluation and optimization:** Evaluate current NetSuite setup, drive decisions on optimization or migration to new finance systems, and manage ERP implementation with leadership. • **Manage external audit and compliance:** Act as primary liaison for auditors, coordinate audit activities, and ensure sales tax and VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • **Build and scale the accounting function:** Develop and implement processes to bring accounting in-house from outsourced providers, manage local bookkeeping teams, and lead automation initiatives to enhance close and reporting efficiency.

• Build and scale finance function: Set up a solid finance org from scratch, covering financial reporting, FP&A framework, and KPI tracking to support growth. • Lead systems integration: Own the rollout and fine-tuning of NetSuite, Salesforce, and field service tools to consolidate accounting and ops data streams. • Financial reporting and board communication: Manage month-end close, deliver timely and accurate financials, and provide clear, transparent updates to the board and CEO. • Drive accounting discipline and process improvements: Enhance invoicing speed, enforce accountability, and mentor the accounting team for consistent, high-quality execution. • Support M&A integration: Lead post-LOI acquisition integration efforts, coordinate with integration managers, and align financial and operational processes across acquired businesses.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting: Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple business lines with complex rev rec and accruals, including 340B contract pharmacy and home infusion segments. • Drive technical accounting rigor: Lead purchase accounting for M&A activity, ensure compliance with healthcare-specific accounting standards, and manage audit readiness and support. • Implement process improvements: Develop and enforce SOPs, strengthen close checklists, and enhance documentation to boost accuracy and efficiency within a fragmented systems environment. • Lead and develop a small accounting team: Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to staff accountant and AP, fostering a proactive, solution-oriented culture. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with finance leadership and operational teams to support strategic initiatives, deliver financial insights, and scale finance functions alongside rapid business growth.
