• Lead Aveni's engagement with Tier 1 financial services organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving growth, retention and expansion across our largest accounts. • Define and lead Aveni's strategy for expanding within large-scale financial institutions. • Act as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for Aveni's most important customer relationships. • Partner closely with Sales teams on major opportunities, RFIs, RFPs and executive presentations. • Provide strategic market insight that influences product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience defining and executing strategy within large-scale financial services organisations or technology businesses serving them.
- Proven success delivering revenue growth from enterprise financial services customers.
- Strong track record of scaling sales, account management or customer success functions within B2B software or AI businesses.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments, particularly risk, compliance or governance functions.
- Demonstrable success building relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Role Description The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for overseeing financial support for several business functions within the organization. Areas of focus include: - Financial reporting and analysis of global expenses - Preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to relevant budget owners - Coordination with the business and accounting teams - Preparation and management of key monthly financial documentation and processes - Key performance metrics reporting Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation of required monthly presentations of financial results and KPI’s for the appropriate business leaders. - Serve as primary FP&A contact for Senior Leaders of the Company, including management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process for each function. - Drive financial analysis and forecasting, which includes analysis of actual financial and operational results at individual budget level and regular meetings with budget owners to discuss results. - Evaluate areas for process improvement and manage the implementation of those improvements. - Assist with evaluating operations and financial modeling to support strategic goals. - Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy. - Complete various ad hoc analyses as required.
