Job Description

Senior Resourcing Lead, Creative Operations

Airbnb

• Partner with the Head of Creative Operations, Global Production Director, and creative/production leads to anticipate and confirm staffing for active and upcoming projects — factoring in bandwidth, capabilities, career growth, and interests. • Own and lead resourcing forums with Executive Producers and Creative Leads; ensure staffing charts, capacity, and assignments are always current and accurate. • Develop relationships across the creative team to build an intimate understanding of individual capabilities and motivations; always balance immediate needs with long-term growth. • Oversee the end-to-end contract worker (CW) recruitment process, including CW recruiters, role tracking in Airtable, extension requests, and talent network development. • Own Float and other resourcing tools — tracking all staffing and capacity for use in planning meetings and new project scoping. • Partner with Tools Lead to build, maintain, and continuously improve resourcing infrastructure and processes. • Lead onboarding for all new full-time (FTE) and CW hires in partnership with the Senior Creative Operations Lead; run weekly onboarding calls to ensure smooth integration. • Partner with creative leadership and Talent/HR on strategic hiring direction, diversity, and future growth planning. • Forecast and manage the full professional services and CW budget; provide monthly actualization and centralized reporting. • Coordinate real-time, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on team output and resource utilization.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years in creative services, including 5+ years in a creative resource management or operations lead role (agency, studio, or in-house)
  • Deep understanding of creative workflow, skill sets, and staffing dependencies across disciplines
  • Proven experience with talent sourcing, capacity planning, budget management, and financial tracking
  • Mastery of resourcing and project management tools (Float, Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience developing and optimizing systems, processes, and workflows for creative organizations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills — empathetic, diplomatic, and skilled at mediation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to execute with precision and speed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative, inventive, and calm under pressure
