Consultant – Program & Project Management

Verizon

• Serve as the critical "Front Door" for all newly signed Building Access Agreements (BAAs) for 5G Ready • Manage the end-to-end process—from initial agreement to construction handoff—ensuring every project is meticulously vetted and processed for accuracy and speed • Act as the network intake for all newly signed BAAs, performing initial technical vetting • Serve as the mission-critical "Gatekeeper" to ensure projects are "Whole and Correct" before moving to construction • Manage the scheduling of site surveys with property owners and field teams (CEs/surveyors) and ensuring timely completion • Drive MDU/MTU projects through the Fuze workflow and push them to construction handoff • Execute complex data corrections such as Aggregate ID validation, Split PIDs, and Address Creation/Insertion to prevent downstream provisioning failures • Manage the handoff to field teams for Construction (CX) and maintain clear visibility into the intake volume pipeline • Serve as the interface with Engineering, Operations, and Sales organizations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume pipeline of projects and maintaining organizational precision
  • Demonstrated proficiency and skill in utilizing key systems for project tracking and data management
  • Advanced proficiency in project and milestone management in Fuze
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets (for trackers and management) and other Google Workspace tools for daily operations and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional discussions
  • Capable of translating technical site issues into actionable solutions for sales, property owners, construction engineers and general contractors
  • Ability to handle rapid-fire ADHOC requests while maintaining standardized national processes
  • Experience in managing fast-paced and large-scale projects in the MDU/MTU environment
  • Experience or strong understanding of Canvas/BAERS (for vetting BAAs and property information lookup) and the NPP system (for data synchronization and integrity)
  • Knowledge and/or field experience working in MDU/MTU environments, specifically regarding in-building wireline network architectures
  • Knowledge and/or field experience with mm-Wv FWA Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
