Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to join our North America delivery team. This role is ideal for a strong mid-level or emerging senior project manager with experience delivering complex SaaS, payments, mobility, transit, or systems integration programs. You will lead end-to-end delivery activities for automated fare collection and mobility modernization programs while partnering closely with transit agencies, internal technical teams, system integrators, and executive stakeholders. The role combines: - Project delivery - Schedule creation and management - Stakeholder coordination - Operational readiness - Risk management - Customer-facing leadership You will play a key role in helping transit agencies successfully modernize critical public infrastructure while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This position reports into the North America delivery organization and works cross-functionally across engineering, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, and executive leadership teams.
