HR Operations Manager

Role Description ELVTR is looking for a proactive, business-minded HR Operations Manager to play a key role in strengthening team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience. This is not a purely administrative HR role; you will act as a strategic partner to managers and team leads, helping shape a high-performing, engaged, and resilient organization. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role - Fluent English proficiency - Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding) - Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels - Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership Requirements - Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding - Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns) - Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters - Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability - Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations - Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals - Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies - Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling Benefits - Coaching or mentoring experience - Impact & Ownership: A role with real influence on organizational performance, culture, and growth - Global Environment: Work within a fast-growing, international company operating across multiple markets - Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere with a high level of autonomy - Growth: Access to ELVTR courses and opportunities to expand into broader strategic HR initiatives Company Description ELVTR is a premier online education platform that produces premium courses taught by the world’s top business leaders.
