Key Responsibilities: Integrator Support - Act as technical contact for ESAB's system integrators, supporting them through the sales, installation, and commissioning process. - Provide technical guidance on product selection, system configuration, and application setup. - Review integrator proposals and system designs to ensure alignment with ESAB standards and customer requirements. - Support integrators during customer demonstrations, FATs, and SATs where additional technical input is needed. - Deliver technical training to integrator teams on ESAB robotic welding systems. - Provide remote and occasional on-site troubleshooting support to help integrators resolve application issues. Direct Technical Services - Install, commission, and validate robotic welding systems at customer sites when no integrator is available or when the situation calls for direct ESAB support. - Provide on-site and remote technical support to end customers, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues. - Perform system checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed. - Conduct operator and maintenance training for customer personnel as part of service engagements. - Carry out FAT and SAT processes at customer and integrator sites. Pre-Sales & Application Support - Work alongside the sales team as a technical resource during customer visits, needs assessments, and solution reviews. - Help configure ESAB solutions to meet specific customer production requirements. - Support product demonstrations and technical validations, either directly or in coordination with integrators. - Provide technical input to support key account opportunities, including RDS offerings.
