Financial Operations Analyst I

Grupo Boticário

• Responsible for foreign exchange closings with banks and due diligence of related documents; • Primary point of contact and support for internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance, Legal, Cash Management, Accounting) to handle provisioning, reconciliation and compliance processes; • Responsible for maintaining KYC processes with banks and managing NDAs; • Responsible for analysis, contracting and maintenance of bank guarantees, payment of commissions and compliance with contractual clauses; • Responsible for controlling and executing payments for services contracted by the area; • Responsible for consolidating, analyzing and controlling the management budget, monitoring variances between forecast and actuals; • Support governance on management-wide matters (executive reports, monitoring performance indicators, financial closing); • Support for financial documentation/attestation of financing with creditors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, focused on process and financial efficiency;
  • Proactive attitude, ownership mentality and adaptability to a dynamic environment;
  • Communicative profile combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of SAP, Make Value, CambioSys and FXall (Reuters) is desirable;
  • Previous experience in Financial Operations, with basic knowledge of the financial market and accounting is desirable;
  • Orientation toward process automation; experience using AI tools and Google Workspace tools is a plus.

The Underwriter’s primary focus will be on growing and sustaining a profitable book of business through retail and wholesale insurance brokers in the assigned region, though business may be accepted from brokers nationwide. Accounts will range from mid-market to large and highly complex risks. Responsibilities: - Achieving new business and renewal retention goals. - With guidance from manager and/or senior underwriter, establishes relationships with a focus on key brokers. Market environmental division products and acquire submissions through insurance brokers; develop and manage close broker relationships. - Underwrite new and renewal policies within assumed underwriting authority including negotiating insurance policy terms and conditions.
