Role Description As our Communications Manager , you will play a key role in shaping how we tell our story, both internally and externally. You will: - Evaluate communication requests and identify the most effective channels and formats. - Deliver impactful communications that resonate with a wide range of audiences. - Own and manage our internal communications platform, The Connection . - Ensure all employees have access to the platform and that essential resources remain up to date. - Work alongside key functional stakeholders to create and publish engaging content on various topics, including: - Employee engagement - Cyber security awareness - Health and safety - Wellbeing - “Scam of the Week” updates - Provide training and support to colleagues, empowering them to create and share their own content effectively. - Contribute to exciting business-wide projects, including supporting the development of our Sustainability Report. - Collaborate with project teams to create engaging visual content, case studies, imagery, icons, and other creative assets. - Attend and support a variety of events, including air shows. - Work alongside senior leaders to communicate business changes, strategic initiatives, and key updates. Qualifications - Previous experience working in a similar role in communications, PR, or corporate communications. - Previous experience using Adobe Creative Cloud. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment for a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business. - Knowledge of analytics and feedback on measuring the effectiveness of communications. - Management of internal and external communication campaigns.
