Role Description Freenome is seeking a strategic, collaborative Director of Provider Marketing to lead engagement strategies that support the adoption and integration of our blood-based cancer screening solutions among healthcare providers. This role will serve as a key connector between Freenome’s clinical innovation and the physicians, advanced practice providers, care teams, and clinical decision-makers responsible for advancing preventive care and improving patient outcomes. This leader will shape and execute integrated marketing and engagement strategies designed to strengthen provider relationships, support clinical adoption, and align cross-functional commercial priorities. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is available as a remote or hybrid/onsite position with up to 30% travel requirements. What you’ll do: - Provider Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support provider engagement, clinical adoption, and practice growth initiatives. - Create compelling narratives and programs that align Freenome’s solutions with provider priorities including: - Preventive care - Early detection - Patient outcomes - Workflow efficiency - Increased participation in screening - Patient access - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Product, and Commercial leadership to translate clinical value into compelling provider-focused narratives. - Go-to-Market Collaboration: Operate as a highly collaborative leader across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Product teams to align priorities and support organizational goals tied to provider adoption and customer success. - Support go-to-market planning and execution for new products, indications, and market expansion initiatives. - Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated provider engagement across customer touchpoints. - Provider & Clinical Stakeholder Communications: Develop high-impact presentations, provider-facing materials, and engagement tools tailored to physicians, advanced practice providers, care teams, and practice administrators. - Translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, concise, and relevant value propositions that support clinical decision-making and patient care conversations. - Field & Account Enablement: Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the Clinical Sales team by developing customized content, engagement strategies, and account-based initiatives that support provider education, relationship development, and long-term customer success. - Brand & Market Positioning: Help shape Freenome’s market positioning within the evolving cancer screening and diagnostics landscape. - Ensure a consistent, credible, and differentiated brand presence across provider-facing channels and clinical engagement opportunities. - Market & Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize insights from providers, customers, industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform messaging, engagement strategies, and cross-functional decision-making. - Agency & Program Management: Manage external agency and vendor relationships to support the development of high-quality campaigns, educational materials, and strategic initiatives while maintaining budget discipline and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, medical device, or provider-focused marketing roles - Experience developing strategies and messaging for healthcare providers, physician organizations, or clinical audiences - Strong ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into concise, compelling communications for provider and clinical audiences - Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with commercial, medical, and field teams in a highly matrixed environment - Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Data-driven mindset with experience using market insights and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize engagement strategies Requirements - Experience supporting commercialization efforts in diagnostics, oncology, preventive health, or population health - Familiarity with provider decision-making processes, clinical workflows, preventive care initiatives, and healthcare operations - Experience with account-based engagement strategies and provider/customer marketing - MBA, MPH, or advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred Benefits - The US target range of our base salary rate for new hires is $197,200.00 - $281,400.00 - You will also be eligible to receive equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered. - Individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, and education.

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Safety Specialist with global pre-market and post-market study expertise in cardiovascular medical devices. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely review, identification and communication of safety signals for drug eluting balloons and contributing to the execution of our clinical investigations in conformity with all applicable requirements and standards. The Clinical Safety Sr. Specialist will be responsible for review, evaluation, and analysis of safety events and information from ongoing clinical studies, supporting clinical and regulatory activities across several clinical studies. Responsibilities - Continuously review and analyze adverse events and safety data from ongoing clinical studies to monitor and identify any emerging safety signals or trends, potential risks, or emerging safety issues associated with the investigational products. - Investigate, manage and process all Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) for assigned clinical research trials. - Support safety-related documents/sections in the clinical program development (e.g. CIP, CSR, ICF, IB, etc.). - Review, or prepare and submit, safety reports to regulatory agencies (individual or summary reports), in compliance with applicable country regulatory requirements and guidelines. - Support safety responses to address any regulatory queries or concerns related to safety signals or safety reports. - Perform literature surveillance activities, develop and maintain search strategies to ensure comprehensive safety evaluations and identify any new or unexpected safety issues from published medical literature. - Support regular safety review meetings and contribute to discussions on safety data interpretation, safety signal assessment and risk mitigation strategies. - Generate safety narratives for Adverse Event (AE) cases as required. - Create Safety Plans as applicable. - Develop DSMB and CEC charters. - Oversee timelines for adverse event processing, reviews summary safety data at regular intervals and monitors CEC adjudication results. - Monitor and track all safety action items from safety oversight committees (CEC and DSMB) to ensure timely implementation of any risk mitigation strategy. - Support data review and presentation development for data monitoring committee meetings. - Contribute to the coding of events according to MedDRA or IMDRF standards, or review of coding. - Manage the monitoring and reporting of personal data breaches (PHI), in compliance with applicable regulations (HIPAA, GDPR). - Contribute upon request to safety documentation for marketed devices: clinical data reviews, periodic safety update reports, etc. Strategic Impact - Support oversight of safety management for the sponsored clinical studies and commercial devices, with an initial focus on drug-eluting balloon catheters. Key Interactions - Supervisor: Director of Global Clinical Safety - Internal Interactions: This role will interact heavily with clinical teammates across all projects and cross-functionally as needed with QA, R&D, etc. - External Customer Interactions: This role will work with DSMB and CEC members, Clinical trial physicians and research coordinators, contract research organizations, core labs, etc. Qualifications - Master’s or PhD in relevant Scientific field, or equivalent. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical safety with global pre-market and post-market clinical trial experience within the cardiovascular medical device industry. - Safety management experience on US IDE trials. - Proficiency with MedDRA (or IMDRF) and experience in safety signal detection and risk management. - Experience in safety data analysis, including analyzing trends and patterns in large datasets. - Solid understanding of FDA, ICH, GCP, SAE reporting and other global medical device regulations and safety reporting requirements. - Experience with safety reporting, guidelines, compliance and oversight across US and EU regions.
