Position Overview We're searching for an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Services team in a remote work setting. What You'll Do Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to provide the best possible experience to our clients. Create documentation for policies and procedures used in the department for software installations, server configurations, or troubleshooting. Work closely with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues or help with configuration changes/testing. Work in SQL, performing activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts. P erforms other duties as assigned by the immediate manager or the management team We're Excited to Learn More About You 3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment, including troubleshooting simple to complex software/hardware issues. This role operates as a 5x8 from Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CT Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files), additional Microsoft products, including SQL Server Management Studio Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting Highly organized with excellent time management skills Excellent written communication skills Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent Location Candidate will need to reside in the United States, working arrangement will be hybrid/remote We know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
