You will start by owning our loan lodgement and post-submission pipeline (currently managed by our loan processor), then progressively take on credit analysis and scenario assessment support (currently managed by our para-broker). Over time, the right person will become integral to our end-to-end deal flow. We are looking for someone with direct experience inside an Australian mortgage broker office. You must understand how home loan submissions work — not in theory, but in practice.
